Contract and Procurement Law

The Firm routinely provides legal advice to its clients regarding contract and procurement issues. The lawyers in this practice area are able to leverage their experience throughout the Firm to assist clients with the issues of contract law, and with special expertise regarding public contract law. There are typically one or more contract/procurement matters to be addressed by our public housing authority clients at each monthly board meeting. We routinely review the documentation of the procurement and the form of contract prior to the board meetings so that the board can expeditiously authorize the administration to move forward. The lawyers within the Firm stay up to date on procurement legislation and regulations to provide the most effective representation to our clients.
