The Firm is uniquely qualified at providing legal representation to housing authorities, developers and lenders involved in developments utilizing the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits (“tax credits”). In fact, most mixed-finance transactions include tax credits. The Firm is one of only a few law firms in North Carolina that has represented developers in appeals before the Internal Revenue Service regarding tax credits.
